The Brown County Sheriff’s Department has apprehended an escaped convict.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, they were assisted by the Green Bay Police Department as they located and apprehended Justin J. Dietrich at around 11:45 last night (September 6th).
He was reportedly uncooperative, so a K9 officer was utilized. Dietrich was taken to a local hospital for a medical check before being returned to the Brown County Jail.
No officers were injured during the apprehension.
The escape is still under investigation but some changes have been made to the loading dock and the kitchen access, which is where Dietrich reportedly escaped.
