Patrick “Pat” Poklinkoski was called home to the Lord unexpectedly on Tuesday August 30th, 2022, at his residence.Pat was born on December 31st, 1952 in Manitowoc, son of Matthew and Ruth Poklinkoski. He grew up in Clover and attended local schools. At a young age he began working with his parents at Manitowoc Landscape Inc., the company they began in 1938. Pat grew fond of the business and devoted his life to it. In 1973, Pat met Brenda (Jost) and they were wed on September 6th, 1975. Pat and Brenda shared a wonderful life together and had two beautiful children together, Jacob and Noah.Pat had many hobbies including: traveling with Brenda, fishing in Canada, riding his motorcycle, camping, and hanging out with his dog, Willie. His sense of humor and mischievous smirk will beunforgettable. Pat was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He is truly loved and will be missed by all who know him.Survivors include his loving wife: Brenda; two sons and daughters-in-law: Jake (Ana-Maria) Poklinkoski, Germany, Noah (Samantha) Poklinkoski, Manitowoc; one brother and sister-in-law: Tim (Dawn) Poklinkoski, Menasha; mother-in-law: Arline Jost, Kiel; two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law: Laura Radandt, Manitowoc; Bill (Ena) (E-NA) Jost, Manitowoc; Scott and (Lisa) Scharinger, Kiel; and special aunt Carol Adler, Manitowoc; and many nieces and nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Matthew and Ruth Poklinkoski; father-in-law: William Jost and brother-in-law: Wick Radandt.A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 5, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 7531 English Lake Road, Manitowoc. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. before the service. The burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, immediately following the service.
