A one-day membership special is being offered by the Holy Family Memorial Wellness Center.
Those wishing to participate can stop in to enroll for a new membership this Friday, September 9th from 9 am. to 5 pm, and pay the $20.00 enrollment.
The Wellness Center is offering free access to the public Friday between 8-5.
Facility tours, free 30-minute group exercise classes, chair massages, Pilates Reformer trial, NutriDyn samples and informational sessions for Why Weight and personal training programs will be available at different times throughout the day.
The offer is valid in-person only.
