All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari says he is confident he will start at left tackle when the Packers open the regular season at Minnesota.
His coaches are more cautious. Bakhtiari has been recovering from a severe knee injury for the last 20 months.
He says he worked to get rid of the rust from not playing and dealing with a “new normal” after three surgeries.
Bakhtiari has been participating in some 11-on-11 drills in order to get ready for the game against the Vikings.
