
The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two dogs involved in a recent biting incident.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of South 21st Street at around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday (August 27th).
They spoke with an individual who was bitten by the aforementioned canines.
The victim described them as large dark-colored dogs, each wearing dark-colored vests.
The victim also said they were running around without an owner and were last seen running into the south lot of Washington Middle School traveling west.
