Home runs by Willy Adames and Hunter Renfroe weren’t nearly enough as the Brewers were doubled up by Los Angeles Wednesday night 12-6.
Although Milwaukee scored first in the top of the first inning, the home team answered with four in the bottom and never looked back.
Starter Andrew Heaney struck out 10 and claimed his first win in four months.
Adrian Houser returned from the injured list to take the loss.
He gave up five earned runs in two-and-a-third innings.
Renfroe and Adams each had three hits as the Dodgers took two-out-of-three in the series.
The Brewers are off today, then start a home series against the Cubs Friday.
Freddy Peralta will be the first-game starter.
