Prevent Suicide Manitowoc County and The Production Farm have teamed up to bring an award-winning documentary to the area.
A special screening of Mount Lawrence will take place on September 8th at 7:00 p.m. at the Franciscan Center for Music Education and Performance, located at 6751 Calumet Avenue in Manitowoc.
The film tells the story of a young man on a journey to spiritually reconnect with his adventure-seeking and outdoor-loving father who died by suicide.

Filmmakers Scott DelaCruz – a Wisconsin native – and Chandler Wild are flying in from New York City, especially for the event, and will join Wyatt Kuether, President, CEO & Founder of TPF, for a question & answer session following the film.
The screening is also a pre-cursor to Prevent Suicide Manitowoc County’s largest fundraising event of the year, the Run/Walk for Hope.
That event is taking place on September 17th at UW Green Bay Manitowoc Campus.
