Several projects are underway to improve and expand the Milwaukee Riverwalk.
At least eight projects are planned for different locations along the Milwaukee River.
The city’s Redevelopment Authority says it has secured $128,000 in funding for the Node project located in the Habor District.
That will be part of the 4,300 linear foot extension.
The existing landscaping will be modified and stairs and ADA-accessible ramps installed.
A couple of residential developments are also being added.
