The Newton Firefighters are ready to go for their 75th Annual Picnic.
The event will be held at the Newton Community Park, located on Newton Road between Cleveland and Manitowoc tomorrow (August 19th) through Sunday.
This event is one of the biggest in the area every year, and as event organizers Jay Boldt and Lee Glaser told us, there is a lot going on.
They explained that they have truck and tractor pulls, a 70 team volleyball tournament, and a whole lot more all at no cost to those in attendance.
There will also be bands playing throughout the weekend, and kids games for the young ones.
To put it bluntly, they said “There will be something there every day, every night to keep you occupied. Guaranteed.”
