A Janesville woman who called 911 early Sunday morning to report a loud argument outside her home came under fire while she was on the phone with dispatchers.
No names have been released.
The caller said a man and woman were arguing loudly shortly after 3:00 a.m.
While she was on the phone, the unnamed woman shouted at the two, and the man who was involved fired multiple shots at her.
The woman who was injured was treated and released at a hospital.
Police haven’t announced any arrests.
