UW Green Bay has received the 2021 CTIA Wireless Foundation Climate Changemaker Award.
CTIA noted the university’s collaborative use of Cellcom’s wireless technology and freshwater research expertise as reasons for honoring UW Green Bay.
The local University will also be getting a $25,000 grant as a part of the award, which will be used to showcase the innovative work being done to combat climate change.
