There are two governmental meetings scheduled for today in Manitowoc County.
First up will be the Veteran Service Commission, which will gather in the Heritage Center at 9:30 this morning.
After the public is given time to comment, the group will review applications for assistance.
Then at 4:00 p.m., the County Highway Committee will meet at the Highway Department building, located at 3500 Highway 310.
They will be reviewing the transfer of ownership for one of the hangers at the Manitowoc Airport and will get an update on the ongoing bridge projects.
They will also review the 2022 budget before discussing proposed highway projects for next year.
