Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) hospitals has announced that Mary Salm has been called to serve in a new role as Vice President of Mission and Spiritual Care.
In Mary’s role as Vice President of Mission and Spiritual Care, she is tasked with being a champion of efforts to integrate values and HSHS’ mission of revealing and embodying Christ’s healing love for all people.
This is done through their high-quality Franciscan health care ministry at HSHS hospitals.
Salm helps weave workplace spirituality into culture and deepen colleagues’ connection to purpose through ministry formation.
