A 4-year-old boy is looking for a bone marrow match, and his great aunt is trying to help.
Finn Minard has been fighting leukemia for the past two years and has already gone through multiple hospitalizations and chemotherapy.
Finn went in for a routine checkup when the doctors discovered that his cancer had returned.
He is currently undergoing chemo with a month-long hospital stay to get him into remission, but as of now, his chances of survival are about 50/50.
He needs a bone marrow transplant, but as of now, there are no donors available for him.
So, his great aunt Cari has organized the Fore Finn Golf outing, which will take place at The Golf Course at Branch River on August 27th.
At the event, they will also be holding a Be the Match dive.
Personnel will be on hand to test your marrow to see if you are a match for Finn.
If you wish to participate in the outing, the cost for the four-person team scramble is $50 per person.
