The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office has released the crash reports from a weekend rollover incident.
The report indicates that a vehicle was traveling east on Highway 310 when it crossed over the westbound lane and hit an embankment for a driveway of a residence about half a mile west of Johnston Drive.
The SUV went airborne, struck a small cable box, and rolled onto the driver’s side of the vehicle.
First responders had to cut the windshield out of the vehicle in order to get the driver out.
The 41-year-old man was the only person in the vehicle at the time. He was transported via ambulance to Holy Family Memorial for treatment of a suspected serious injury.
Drugs and/or alcohol are believed to have been factors in the crash, and the man has been charged with his 4th OWI and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance.
