Packers backup quarterback Jordan Love says rookie wide receiver Romeo Doubs makes tough catches look easy.
Doubs did it again on a TD pass at Tuesday’s practice.
He was covered tightly in the corner of the end zone by Rico Gafford, fought through the contact, grabbed the ball, and managed to keep two feet in bounds.
Doubs has opened a lot of eyes during his practice performances.
He managed to beat Eric Stokes during a one-on-one period between receivers and cornerbacks.
Veteran wide receiver Randall Cobb says that ability to win on contested catches is special.
