Milwaukee’s sports arenas are expanding their horizons.
First came the announcement that a college basketball doubleheader would be played at American Family Field later this year.
Now, the Fiserv Forum plans to host an NHL game.
Forum leaders and the Chicago Blackhawks will reveal the details at a morning news conference today (August 3rd).
The date, time, and Blackhawks opponent haven’t been revealed yet.
Bucks and Fiserv Forum president Peter Feigin and Chicago Blackhawks president of business operations Jaime Faulker will be joined by Blackhawks center Colin Blackwell and television play-by-play announcer Chris Vosters at 11:00 a.m.
Blackwell lives in Milwaukee and Vosters is a Milwaukee native.
