The 18th annual and final Linda Dworak Memorial Golf Outing is scheduled for Saturday, August 20th at Wander Springs.
Organizers have raised more than $135,000 to be distributed in Linda’s name to recipients in the Manitowoc area.
Golf outing spokesman Bob Nelson encourages local and area residents to participate in this final tribute to Dworak and her legacy.
The final running of the LDMGO will benefit Music Is the Cure and local families affected by cancer.
The schedule for August 20th includes: Registration/Lunch at 11:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 and then a Reception, Dinner, and Awards presentation immediately following golf.
It’ll be a 4-person scramble format and registration includes 18 holes of golf, a sleeve of event golf balls, a cart, a chance to win a door prize, lunch, dinner, and $30.00 goes directly to those benefiting from this year’s event.
