A new addition may be coming to the former Shopko parking lot in Sheboygan.
Guggenheim Development Services LLC has submitted a conditional use permit to construct a Jiffy Lube in the parking lot near Applebee’s on South Taylor Drive.
That proposal, priced at around $1.4 million, was recently approved by the City’s Plan Commission and now just needs to pass a vote by the City Council.
This 3,045 square-foot car maintenance building would be the first Jiffy Lube in Sheboygan County.
If approved, construction would begin in either March or April of next year, with a goal of being completed by September.
