A Green Bay man accused of sexually assaulting a woman will be spending some time in prison.
20-year-old Di’Anthony Rowe was convicted on a count of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and was sentenced to 5 years in prison by Judge Tammy Jo Hock, followed by 5 years of extended supervision, and he must register as a sex offender for 15 years.
On October 1st of last year, a woman reported to police that Rowe had reached in her pants and grabbed her, while Rowe claimed he was trying to take her wallet.
Video surveillance told a different story, as the woman was wearing a purse, and Rowe never reached for the purse.
