Show up at 10:45 a.m. and you’re going to be late.
The Packers have announced that practices open to the public will be held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of this week starting at 10:30 a.m.
This week’s activities include the annual Family Night practice at Lambeau Field Friday.
Later in the month, Green Bay will be conducting joint practices with the New Orleans Saints on August 16th and 17th – before the two teams meet in a preseason game that Friday, August 19th.
That will be the second of three preseason games for the Packers.
Meanwhile, quarterback Aaron Rodgers says there will be the same amount of balls thrown, yards gained, and touchdowns scored this year.
It will just be a mostly-different group of players making the catches.
Rodgers tells NFL Network he has confidence in the current group of receivers he’s working with.
He’s already spoken highly of rookie Romeo Doubs who has emerged as a potential star during team practices.
Allen Lazard becomes the top target and Randall Cobb is a veteran presence.
Top draft pick Christian Watson is out with an injury during a period when he would normally be working on timing with his quarterback.
