A Kaukauna man has been arrested after he allegedly sexually assaulted a minor on her prom night.
According to the police report, the Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy that was charged with supervising the Wrightstown High School prom was informed that a 16-year-old girl had left the building, but when she was found, the girl said she just needed to cool off.
However, the student later told the Deputy that she had arranged to meet a man outside of the school.
The victim told the deputy that they thought 20-year-old Jacob Ahlin was 17 but tried to cut things off when she learned his real age.
Ahlin then allegedly forced the girl’s clothes off, and sexually assaulted her.
The two had been chatting online, and Ahlin reportedly told the victim that he was a senior at De Pere High School.
He denied any wrongdoing, claiming the victim told him she was 18 and that she was making it all up because she loves attention.
Ahlin has been charged with 2nd Degree Sexual Assault with Use of Force, Child Enticement, Soliciting an Intimate Representation from a Minor, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
