A 53-year-old Green Bay man is facing charges after he reportedly threatened a governmental building in Green Bay.
According to the criminal complaint, Richard Schreiber was upset with how his children were being treated while in foster care.
His partner was reportedly in jail back in November, and he was deemed unfit to care for his three children, so they were taken by the County.
Child Protective Services reports that Schreiber had been angry and vulgar with them ever since.
A witness reported to police that Schreiber made comments about shooting up the building in which CPS is located, and he showed up at the building threatening staff on Monday (July 25th).
He fled before police arrived, but he was later located at his home in Ashwaubenon.
He admitted to making the threats and has been charged with Making Terrorist Threats, Disorderly Conduct, and one count each of Felony and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
