Waukesha will consider six design submissions for a permanent memorial to the people killed and injured at the city’s Christmas parade last year.
The memorial is to go up in Grede Park in the downtown area.
A smaller memorial will be placed along the original parade route.
Five of the entries are from Wisconsin and the sixth is from Georgia.
The Waukesha Parade Memorial Commission will meet a week from today to cut the options down to three.
A final decision could come in September.
