The Kenosha Fire Department says a five-year-old boy who was pulled out of Lake Michigan Tuesday night has died.
Emergency responders were called just before 6:00 p-m to help an 8-year-old who was struggling in the water.
When that child was pulled to safety, the family realized the younger boy was missing.
Kenosha police and Kenosha County dive teams were called in 20 minutes later and the missing boy was found unresponsive just after 7:00 p.m.
He was taken to an area hospital where he died.
The older boy was also hospitalized, but he is expected to recover.
