A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy will continue to face homicide charges following a ruling in Brown County Court.
Jeremiah Robinson was 15 years old when he allegedly shot and killed a 31-year-old man outside of a Walgreens store in Green Bay.
His attorney claims there is not enough evidence for Robinson to stand trial, a statement Judge Thomas Walsh disagreed with.
Robinson and Jeromy Finke had reportedly gotten into an argument with another man in the Walgreens located at the corner of Oneida and Mason Streets on February 18th.
The argument reportedly spilled out into the parking lot, where Robinson claims the man pulled out a set of brass knuckles, to which Robinson responded by shooting him four times.
Under state statute, any suspect over 10 years involved in a homicide case is tried as an adult. Robinson will return to court on August 30th for a status conference.
A trial date has not yet been set.
