A child under the age of 12 has been getting a stern talking to after making several 911 calls that led to a big law enforcement response.
During one of the three calls, the person on the phone said somebody had a gun at the scout camp near Rhinelander – then they hung up.
Tesomas Scout Camp was locked down but it was quickly determined that there was no emergency.
The Department of Social Services says the child’s parents are cooperating while the issue is addressed.
