The Milwaukee Bucks have announced the signing of first-round draft choice MarJon Beauchamp.
General manager Jon Horst commented on his “drive, focus, and character” while making the announcement.
He was taken with the 24th overall pick.
Playing for the NBA G-League Ignite last season, the 6′ 7″ forward averaged 15.7 points and 6.4 rebounds a game.
He hit almost 54 percent of his shots and produced 6 double-doubles.
In his only college season, the 21-year-old Beauchamp scored more than 30 points a game for Yakima Valley College.
