A group of lakeshore area high school seniors will be playing baseball this Sunday, July 10th at the minor league home of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers.
They’ll be taking part in two Fox Valley All-Star games at Fox Cities Stadium, beginning at noon.
Young men representing Team Silver are August Hecker of Manitowoc Lutheran and Hayden Konkol of state champion Denmark.
Two of the players on the Team Black unit are Brennan Hynek of Reedsville and Plymouth’s Mason Hendrickson.
Team Cardinal includes Mason Meyers of Valders, Daniel Schmitz of Kiel, Mitch Schwobe of Chilton and Levi Kesler of Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah.
Team White has a roster including Mishicot’s Nick Wagner, the Howards Grove duo of Laine Brendel and Payton Danen along with Alex Breckheimer of Chilton.
The parking lot opens Sunday at 10:30 a.m. with free parking and concessions will be available during the 2 games.
Aaron Hahn, Vice-President of the Timber Rattlers said, “We’re excited to host these games and provide an opportunity for many of the top local high school talent to play the final game of their (prep) careers.”
