She made the comment after she was told that the suspected Highland Park shooter came to her city with the idea of repeating the crime.
He dumped his cellphone so authorities couldn’t trace him and drove back to Illinois.
Rhodes-Conway says the U.S. is the “only developed country that allows this mayhem to be a part of our daily lives.”
