Officials in Madison say fireworks may have started a Sunday night fire that destroyed a warehouse on the city’s south side.
An initial report indicates flammable substances inside the warehouse helped the flames spread.
Fire officials haven’t said what was being stored inside the facility owned by A-Team Construction.
Crews say heavy smoke and flames were coming from the building as they arrived at about 9:30 p.m.
They had the fire under control in 30 minutes and kept it from spreading to nearby buildings.
No injuries were reported.
