Seven children are among 15 people left without a home after a Wednesday fire in a Milwaukee apartment building.
Firefighters say several units were involved as they arrived on the scene shortly after 1:00 p.m.
All of the building’s residents were able to get out safely but two firefighters were hurt.
They are expected to recover.
The American Red Cross is helping the victims with lodging and food.
Officials say it isn’t known what caused the fire or where it started yet.
