Badger standouts Johnny Davis and Dana Rettke have been named Wisconsin Athletes of the Year.
Davis was honored after receiving multiple national awards for his play for the Wisconsin basketball team – then was taken last week in the first round of the 2022 N-B-A Draft.
The ‘6 8″ Rettke is the first volleyball player to ever be named a first-team All-American five times.
She set U-W records for hitting percentage (.422), blocks (751), and points (2,333).
Rettke also has been the recipient of multiple national awards.
