The City of Manitowoc’s Department of Tourism has partnered with the Chamber of Manitowoc County and the City of Two Rivers to plan the upcoming customer service training session.
The training, facilitated by David Spiegelberg, the Regional Tourism Specialist for Travel Wisconsin, will take place on Tuesday, June 28th from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at The Venue at Union Square in Downtown Manitowoc.
During this training, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about strategies to market to today’s travelers, brand messaging, the expectations of visitors, and much more.
The overall goal of Travel Wisconsin’s presentation is to equip attendees with strong customer service skills to help the Manitowoc area be the best possible in all customer interactions.
