From out of nowhere the Northwestern Wildcats have come up with the top Big Ten football recruiting class of 2023.
Wisconsin’s class is 10th out of the conference’s 14 teams.
Northwestern has 18 commits so far and is ranked number-four in the country.
The Badgers are ranked number-35 after closing the best recruiting class in program history last year.
The Maryland Terrapins have the lowest-rated class of recruits in the conference.
