A Manitowoc company has bought a heating and air conditioning company in New Holstein.
It is being reported that Manitowoc Heating and Refrigeration has purchased Pethan’s Air Service, which has been in business since 1983.
Manitowoc Heating has stated that they are doing everything they can to ensure a smooth transition for customers, including having all calls to the Pethan phone number being forwarded directly to their Manitowoc office.
