The former Appleton pastor who is accused of possessing child porn has pleaded not guilty.
Rick Haberland is facing 13 counts of the crime, as well as one count of Possession of Methamphetamine following a search of his home.
The search warrant was executed after the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The former pastor at Oneida United Methodist Church also had his trial date set for September 13th.
