The search continues for a new Manitowoc Public School District Superintendent.
The Board of Education gathered yesterday afternoon to interview several candidates for the position, but Board President Stacey Soeldner told us “We are still in negotiations with the candidates.”
The Board is looking to hire someone to fill the role of current Superintendent Mark Holzman, who has taken another Superintendent job in Janesville.
This temporary replacement would hold the position until a permanent replacement is found.
The School Board has stated that they will be using a third-party hiring firm to assist with that search.
