Taylor D. Schabusines
The female suspect in a high-profile Green Bay murder will remain in jail at least through her trial.
That ruling came down yesterday for 24-year-old Taylor Schabusiness who was in Brown County Court for her preliminary hearing.
She is accused of killing and mutilating the body of Shad Thyrion back in February and is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault.
This ruling comes after two separate experts had differing opinions on whether Schabusiness was fit to stand trial.
The expert hired by the state deemed her competent, while the one hired by the defense claimed the opposite. Schabusiness will be back in court on July 5th.
