Fans who attend the 2022 International Ice Hockey Federal Under-18 Women’s Work Championships next week in Madison will be able to see eight future Badgers play.
The U.S. team plays its first game Monday against Sweden at LaBahn Arena.
The elimination play starts June 10th.
Seven future members of the Wisconsin women’s hockey team will play for Team U.S.A, including forward Laila Edwards, forward Claire Enright, forward Kelly Garbatenko, forward Cassie Hall, goalie Ava McNaughton, defense Laney Potter, and forward Kristen Simms.
Defender Ava Murphy will suit up for Canada.
