A fifth bomb threat was reported in Kiel this morning.
Once again, the suspect emailed in the threat, but this time it was directed at the Kiel Middle and High Schools, as well as Zielanis Elementary School, City Hall, and the Public Library.
All of the buildings were evacuated while the Kiel Police and Fire Departments, with help from the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office, assisted in the searches.
Once again, no devices were located.
In all five threats thus far, the emails have referenced the ongoing Title IX investigation being conducted by the Kiel Area School District.
The State Department of Justice and the FBI are continuing to search for those responsible.
