Roncalli Senior Jena Garceau has committed to play college softball at UW Stevens Point.
Garceau, a three-sport athlete for the Jets, signed her national letter of intent for the school this past Sunday.
Garceau transferred to Roncalli for her sophomore year and has been a star on and off the court and field ever since.
In her first year as a Jet, she received a major letter in cross country and basketball and also received All-Conference Honorable Mention in cross country.
The softball season was not played due to the pandemic.
She received the same awards the following year, with the addition of softball, where she also received an All-Conference Honorable mention.
Garceau was also named the recipient of the Milwaukee Bucks Perseverance Award, and the Northeast Wisconsin High School Sports Awards “Courage Award.”
Garceau plans to pursue a degree in natural resources and conservation management at UW-Stevens Point.
