The victory snapped a 2-game losing streak for the Ships, who improve to 14-8 overall.
Brayden Steinbecker got the start and worked the first four innings, with Bryce Erdmann pitching the final 3 frames.
Noah Wech delivered the big offensive blow with a 2-out, 2-RBI opposite-field triple to give the Ships the lead.
Ashton Portmann added a 2-run double for Lincoln, which closes out the regular season this afternoon at De Pere.
Tournament seeds and pairings for division-1 schools will be released Wednesday morning.
