Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta is headed to the injured list after leaving his start Sunday with shoulder tightness.
Manager Craig Counsell says Peralta will undergo an M.R.I. today and move forward depending on what that reveals.
Peralta was charged with five runs in the game Sunday before his exit.
He had allowed just one run over his prior 12 and two-thirds innings pitched.
