There are two meetings today in Manitowoc County Government and both are for the Planning and Park Commission.
The group will start with an advisory meeting at 3:30 p.m. in the County Office Complex.
During that meeting, the commission will discuss a couple of public hearings regarding the proposal of changing two plots of land in the Towns of Maple Grove and Two Creeks to Rural Residential.
Then at 4:00 p.m., the group will hold their regular meeting, where those public hearings will be held.
They will also discuss a variance request from a property owner in the Town of Kossuth before electing a Vice-Chairperson.
They will also accept a Coastal Management Program Grant for the updating of the Park and Open Space Plan.
