A Green Bay man has been convicted in a sexual assault case from late last year.
Di-Anthony Rowe was found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Second-Degree Sexual Assault.
Rowe was arrested on October 1st, 2021, after he reached down a woman’s pants and grabbed her.
The victim punched Rowe before he ran off, but he was caught a short time later.
Rowe claimed to be reaching for her wallet to rob her, but surveillance footage showed the woman was carrying a purse, which Rowe never reached for.
Rowe returns to court on July 29th for his sentencing.
