A plea hearing for one of the three men accused in the shooting death of 11-year-old Anisa Scott is set for Friday.
The girl was killed in August 2020.
18-year-old Andre Brown is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and attempted first-degree intentional homicide, as a party to a crime.
Brown was 16 when the victim was shot.
Perion Carreon and Jerry Ward also face charges in the death.
