The Green Bay woman accused of hanging her dogs in a public park will stand trial.
Pamela S. McNeill was in court on Tuesday, where she was deemed competent to stand trial and assist in her own defense.
Her arraignment is scheduled for June 20th in the Brown County Courthouse.
Her bond remains at $5,000 as she faces two counts each of Mistreatment of Animals Causing Death, and Bail Jumping.
McNeill was arrested back in February after her dogs were found hanging from trees in a park and ride in Howard.
McNeill told authorities that the canines were misbehaving and that she didn’t want to live with that.
She also said, “I told them I loved them and that I hoped to see them someday.”
