Charges of intoxicated use of a firearm are anticipated in Sunday’s fatal shooting in Blue Mounds.
Investigators say 20-year-old Isaiah Miller accidentally shot his friend to death.
The Wisconsin State Crime Lab is processing Miller’s blood test.
He will also be charged with negligent homicide for causing the death of 19-year-old Marshall Iverson of Mount Horeb.
Even though a forensic autopsy was completed Monday the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office said the preliminary results are “pending further study and investigation.”
