The City of Manitowoc’s Community Development Authority is scheduled to gather this afternoon.
They will be in the Second Floor Conference Room, where they will start by looking over the financial and monthly expenditure reports, before discussing the budget and some needed plumbing repairs.
Then, the group will review and approve the designs submitted for the River North Apartments and for a project at 50 Maritime Drive.
Then, after reviewing the revolving loan fund financial reports, they will look over a few grant programs and will get updates on several ongoing projects.
This is the final meeting for the week in the Clipper City.
